As a key member of our team, the Safety Specialist - HSE Professional will be responsible for promoting the highest level of safety for TDW personnel within the Bischheim site and HT&P low pressure Services in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of Global HSE strategy in Bischheim site and HT&P low pressure activities, direct activities, and provide guidance concerning health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Assist and coach management teams in their HSE responsibility, motivate personnel toward a higher level of HSE involvement, and promote participation in continual improvement of their work environment.
- Monitor HSE performance for France operations regarding procedures and performances by conducting periodic audits for compliance against Company HSE standards.
- Support HSE initiatives and trainings to sustain the HSE culture in EH, initiate and support HSE policies and procedures for all activities, and ensure proper investigating of work-related injuries.
