Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the communication strategy for the Faculty of Pharmacy, ensuring its visibility and impact within the academic and professional communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for all communication initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with the Communication Manager to develop and implement engaging communication plans that align with the Faculty's strategic objectives.
- Create compelling content across various platforms, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and brochures, to effectively communicate key messages and promote programs.
- Organize and manage events, conferences, and workshops to enhance the Faculty's reputation and foster connections with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the Faculty, ensuring brand consistency across all communication materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Proficiency in relevant IT tools and technologies.
