Logistics Coordinator

Randstad Compiègne is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Preparateur de Commandes (Order Preparation Specialist) in our warehouse. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Utilize a barcode scanner to accurately track and manage inventory
• Conduct quality control checks on merchandise to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move heavy loads and maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Valid CACES 1A, 1B, 3, or 5 certification
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
