The Crop Insurance Claims Management Division is seeking a dedicated apprentice to enhance its operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from policyholders to assist in the resolution of claims related to crop weather incidents. Your practical judgment and knowledge of the policy will help you suggest the most appropriate solutions.
- Assessing coverage, identifying liabilities, coordinating appraisals, and negotiating directly with policyholders regarding their losses while providing necessary services.
- Managing client contracts and overseeing claims from initiation to resolution via telephone communication.
