Scrum Master

Description of the Position

The successful candidate will join the MOE teams of PILAT, whose objective is to modernize the fiscal control system in a context of:

• Very tight deadlines
• Evolution of the organization and methods of the fiscal control chain
• Additional quality of service to be offered to both user agents and users, as well as to the mission management instances of the CF

The holder of this position will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in the design of the PILAT application architecture
• Contribute to the development and follow-up of project calendars
• Realize reports and progress tracking of the project
• Define organizational processes in the conduct of development work
• Work closely with development teams, functional testing teams, and integration teams
• Work with upstream business and MOA teams
• Propose technical orientations in the implementation of various application deployments
• Lead the project towards an Agile trajectory

Particular Conditions of Exercise

As with any position in central administration and more particularly in IT project management, a high level of availability is expected.

Description of the Sought Profile

The following qualities are sought:

• Mastering of planning tools (office software, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Agile methods and the V cycle, Devops knowledge
• Writing quality for the implementation of project plans, PQP, etc.
• Validation of exploitation documents
• Mastering of software quality measurement tools
• Perfect communication with project partners
• Autonomy in missions, initiative-taking
• Able to document work, processes, and difficulties encountered and their resolution
• Personal and relational qualities and investment, capable of preparing good integration into the project team
• Knowledge of the fiscal control domain (principles, issues, type of control) would be an asset
• A Scrum certification would be an asset
