We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Business Analyst to enhance our consultancy team.
As a leading IT Consultancy Group, we specialize in delivering services and developing digital solutions aimed at enriching the lives of citizens throughout Europe.
This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in international projects alongside a highly skilled team, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Our client is embarking on a significant transformation initiative to implement an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system for the Administration, Finance, and Management Sector (AFMS), which includes the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD).
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this Business Analysis role is to facilitate the gathering of requirements from each Business unit participating in the project and to design future processes for implementation using the Atlassian Cloud JiraSM product.
We are looking for an Information Technology Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas:
- Business analysis for IT software application enhancement and development projects.
- Creation of IT system requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Optimization of business processes and analysis of data workflows.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including familiarity with related tools.
- Fluency in English (C1).
Employment Conditions:
We offer job stability through a permanent contract for candidates based in Spain, Portugal, France, or the Netherlands, or a freelancer contract for candidates in other European countries.
