**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Health Care Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at SMR Les Châtelets. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of personalized care plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Support**: Assist and support patients in their daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- **Health Data Collection**: Observe and collect health data, providing valuable insights to inform care decisions.
- **Environmental Quality**: Ensure the comfort and quality of the patient's immediate environment, creating a welcoming and safe space.
- **Nursing Support**: Assist or perform delegated nursing tasks, working collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- **Trainee Support**: Welcome and support trainees, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills.
**Working Conditions**
This is a part-time position at 80% with a fixed-term contract ranging from 1 to 6 months under CCN51 conditions.

**Educational Background**
We require a DEAS Diploma and 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare facility.
**About SMR Les Châtelets**SMR Les Châtelets is a 100-bed facility providing complete hospitalization and 10 day hospitalization spots. Our unique setting allows us to provide specialized care to patients referred from local surgery and medical services. We cater to patients with various medical needs, including orthopedic, vascular, geriatric medicine, neurology, and cardiology.
