Job Description:

Talents Commerciaux, a specialized recruitment agency in Commerce and Marketing, is seeking a Commercial Director for one of its clients, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of industrial equipment, machines, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 sales professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and develop key client relationships, building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
