We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Novares Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out complex maintenance work, including curative and preventive maintenance, and modifications on production equipment.
- Plan, organize, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and production equipment.
- Participate in the improvement of existing means and processes.
- Ensure the cleanliness of your work area and the quality of your work.
- Check the proper functioning of production equipment and analyze and solve technical malfunctions.
- Good working knowledge of industrial technology.
- Thorough understanding of company product, trade terminology, maintenance and repair operations, manufacturing processes, and machine/equipment operation.
- Ability to diagnose problems for true root cause and implement effective countermeasures.
