Define the Architecture of Train SetsWe are seeking a skilled professional to define the architecture of our train sets, including seating arrangements and equipment layout. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a matrix, multi-site, and international organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training content
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
