About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Division Chief to lead and coordinate our Human Resources and Professional Training teams, as well as oversee the Prevention Assistant mission. This crucial role ensures the effective deployment of human resources, adherence to deadlines, and clear internal communication.
As a key contributor to fostering a positive work environment, the Division Chief collaborates closely with the prevention doctor, social worker, and prevention assistant to promote well-being and harmony within our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources and Professional Training teams.
- Oversee the Prevention Assistant mission and ensure its successful implementation.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize human resource allocation and deployment.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the department and across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in institutional instances representing the company.
