Regional Operations Lead

Higher Ground Education is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our regional support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence of our schools.

The Regional Operations Lead will be responsible for building operational excellence in school teams, viewing operational excellence as a key to a great parent and staff experience, and viewing operational excellence within the lens of a profitable and thriving school.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of school operations experience, deep systems experience using Salesforce, online student and staff files, virtual tuition management and collection, parent and staff communication tools and student learning management platforms. They will also have a drive to dig in and do, not just direct or coach, including a propensity to get in the schools and know every community member at every school.

The Regional Operations Lead will work collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Regional Programs Lead, and Regional Community Lead to ensure a full portfolio of thriving, successful and profitable schools.

Responsibilities
  • Build operational excellence in school teams.
  • View operational excellence as a key to a great parent and staff experience.
  • View operational excellence within the lens of a profitable and thriving school.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of school operations experience.
  • Deep systems experience using Salesforce, online student and staff files, virtual tuition management and collection, parent and staff communication tools and student learning management platforms.
  • Drive to dig in and do, not just direct or coach, including a propensity to get in the schools and know every community member at every school.
