Coty is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Specialist to join our R&D team. As a key member of our packaging development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative packaging solutions for our leading beauty brands.
Responsibilities:- Participate in the development of new packaging concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and develop primary and secondary packaging solutions, from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
- Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in packaging design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the development of packaging innovation strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of leading new packaging conception and development projects from design intent to in-market delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in packaging design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or packaging.
