Production Supervisor
- Oversee the workshop and assign production staff effectively
- Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to established timelines and designated durations
- Coordinate testing and inspections of equipment, both destructive and non-destructive, through external agencies
- Supervise welding operations (including welding documentation, QMOS, etc.)
- Offer technical assistance to the production team
- Identify and propose needs for development and internal growth
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Monitor inventory of consumables
- Maintain documentation for traceability and track production personnel
Quality Assurance
- Guarantee production quality and compliance, and report any deviations in quality, deadlines, or productivity to management
Health and Safety
- Ensure the safety of workshop personnel and compliance with safety standards
- Adhere to internal policies and directives from leadership
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required
Job Requirements
Educational Background: BAC+2 to BAC+3 degree in metallurgy
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in metallurgy is essential
Competencies: Proficient in boilermaking, adept in team leadership, and skilled in ERP systems and Excel
