At HELM AG, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Aix-en-Provence or Paris. This is a limited 2-year position that offers a unique opportunity to strengthen our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an interface between suppliers and customers, providing exceptional service and support in after-sales and after-purchase services.
  • Contribute to the smooth operational planning of supply chains for product groups, markets, or customer segments.
  • Process business transactions in SAP SD/MM and/or TM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support in executing month- and year-end closing checks and activities, maintaining compliance with internal processes and quality regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with external regulations, including dangerous goods, customs, foreign trade, and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product- and Sales-Management to address supply-chain or logistic specific issues and observe market developments.

Requirements:

  • Logistical background with several years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with working with dangerous goods requirements, tax regulations, and foreign trade standards.
  • Proficiency in common IT applications, including the MS Office package and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English, with additional foreign language skills an advantage.
