Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager for Radar Front-End Validation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Radar Front-End Validation team at NXP Semiconductors in Toulouse. As a key member of our Automotive Embedded Systems business line, you will be responsible for structuring and leading validation activities to ensure deliverables meet quality, time, and cost constraints.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site leadership for validation engineering teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Plan and lead the execution throughout the entire project life cycle from initial phase to product release.
  • Track project progress and report to project community, management, and stakeholders or customers on progress and KPIs.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence in a global, multi-site organization.
  • Manage risks and change requests.
Your Profile:
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive project/program management.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing to present to executive sponsors.
  • Knowledge in automotive project development flow and validation.
  • Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude.
  • Taking initiative to spot and implement improvement.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience on Critical Chain / Agile methodology is a plus.
