IT Solutions Architect: Bridging Business and IT to Drive Success

ArcelorMittal is seeking an experienced IT Functional Architect to join our team in Dunkerque or Florange. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in aligning our IT solutions with our business vision.
Key Responsibilities- Align IT Solutions with Business Vision: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design IT solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead Solution Design and Validation: Ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business objectives and validate solutions with business representatives.
- Evaluate Opportunities and Scenarios: Assess opportunities and scenarios for IT solutions and provide recommendations for optimal quality, performance, costs, and planning.
- Assess Functional Content: Evaluate the functional content of projects with business representatives and help business stakeholders formalize their needs.
- Communicate with Analysts and Developers: Formalize functional requirements and communicate them to analysts and developers.
- Facilitate Acceptance Phases: Organize acceptance phases with business representatives and ensure that IT solutions meet business expectations.
- Participate in Business Change Management: Contribute to business change management activities and ensure a smooth transition to new IT solutions.
- Proactive and Innovative: Demonstrate a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and solution design.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Organized and Structured: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to Work in a Complex Environment: Show the ability to work in a complex and changing environment, adapting to new technologies and business requirements.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with extended teams located in various sites in Europe and in offshore contexts.
- Advanced English Language Skills: Possess advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with global teams.
