Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technico-Commercial Sedentary Technician to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for working closely with our commercial team to develop sales strategies and follow up on orders and deliveries. Your main activities will include:
• Commercial: You will be responsible for receiving customer contacts, creating proposals, and drafting sales offers.
• Administrative: You will be in charge of accounting for daily sales, controlling expenses, and updating our internal database.
• Technical and SAV: You will assist our team with stock management, sales of spare parts, and customer support.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in thermal engineering, climatic, energetic, or electrical engineering. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and service in the thermal solutions industry. You will be required to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
