La Société des Grands Projets recherche un(e) Risk Manager en alternance pour sa direction des finances.
Vos missions
Au sein de la Direction de la Maîtrise des Risques et des Coûts (DMRC), l'unité Risk Management (URM) est responsable de la conception, du déploiement et de la supervision du dispositif de management des risques de la Société des Grands Projets.
Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Responsable de l'Unité Risk Management et interviendra en support des Risk Managers SGP dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
Vos responsabilités
- Organiser, en appui aux Risk Managers SGP, les travaux d'analyse transverses sur les risques majeurs, et participer à leur analyse critique ;
- Réaliser des simulations probabilistes (Monte-Carlo) de contrôle visant à garantir la régularité des modélisations des impacts financiers ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration des supports de reporting à la gouvernance ;
- Participer à l'exercice annuel d'actualisation de la cartographie des risques de l'établissement ;
- Accompagner les Risk Managers SGP dans des séquences de partage de bonnes pratiques avec des organisations extérieures.
Vos qualifications
De formation supérieure (Bac+4), vous avez idéalement, une courte expérience ayant mobilisé les compétences recherchées ou dans des environnements industriels ou de gestion de projet.
De plus, vous remplissez les critères suivants en terme de compétences techniques :
- Processus de management des risques
- Connaissance des outils informatiques (Excel et PowerPoint)
- Qualités rédactionnelles et de synthèse
Votre profil
Vous êtes motivé(e) par le projet du Grand Paris Express, vous comprenez la nécessité du travail en équipe, au sein de votre unité comme entre directions, et saisissez l'importance de vos missions pour la réussite du Grand Paris Express.
