Project Manager for Cosmetic Packaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at SGS & Co. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating packaging and e-commerce development projects with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for client marketing teams.
  • Oversee daily production coordination, including workflow management, information summarization, quality control, and deadline adherence.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for project-related matters, participating in meetings, press passing, and proof management.
  • Contribute to business development and quality optimization initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to invoicing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 4-5 years of higher education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent technical skills, with in-depth knowledge of the graphic chain, packaging, printing processes, proofing, and color management.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, rigorous, and proactive.
  • Experience working with complex clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack.
  • Knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred.
  • Native or professional French and conversational English required.
