Marketing Communications Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Campaign: Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies and campaigns for brand important initiatives in EMEA markets, leveraging earned and owned media channels.
Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: Support the execution of social media campaigns and activations in partnership with regional social agencies, focusing on TikTok acceleration and collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
Competitor Review & Social Performance Monitoring/Reporting: Monitor competitors and track social media performance metrics for brand campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights for optimization.
Communications: Support press outreach, event planning, and internal communications, facilitating communication between Global, EMEA, and local markets.
Key Tasks:
Go-To-Market Campaign: Assist in consumer insight data collection and analysis, contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, and support the development of social media strategies.
Social Agency Partnership & TikTok Acceleration: Collaborate with social agency partners on daily operations, including creator brief creation, product seeding, and content validation.
Competitor Reviews & Social Performance Monitoring/Reporting: Conduct competitor reviews and analysis reports, tracking social media performance metrics and building campaign post-mortem reports.
Communications: Support communication pillar guideline building and cascading, conduct weekly consumer marketing newsletters, and work closely with internal communication teams.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Master's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
Strong creative and writing skills, attention to detail.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas, with a focus on TikTok.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Good understanding of social media analytics tools.
Fluent in English.
