Senior Automotive Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Quality Engineer to join our team at Aledia. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards specific to the automotive industry.

• Develop and maintain a quality management system that meets the requirements of IATF 16949.
• Supervise the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal and external audits to ensure compliance with IATF 16949.
• Develop and implement quality plans for new projects and products, ensuring compliance from the start.
• Lead risk assessment and risk management efforts using tools such as FMEA.
• Supervise the management of non-conformities, including the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by initiating and supervising projects aimed at improving the quality of products and processes.
• Develop and supervise quality training programs to ensure that all employees understand and follow quality procedures.
• Encourage the development of quality management skills within teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the QMS, audit results, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives.

• Holder of a Bac +5 in quality, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or other relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in quality management, with a significant part (5 years minimum) in the automotive sector.
• Practical experience in implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard.
• Certification in quality management (CQE – Certified Quality Engineer, or equivalent).
• Certification specific to the automotive industry (IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, etc.).
