Descartes Underwriting is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Communication Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing content production and social media, with experience in creating business-to-business (B2B) content. You will work closely with our sales, research and development, underwriting, and communication teams to develop content that showcases our expertise in climate change, emerging risks, and parametric insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Create high-quality content for our marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Manage our social media presence on LinkedIn and X, including scheduling and publishing posts
- Collaborate with our teams to develop content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing content production and social media
- Strong background in B2B marketing and content creation
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
