Position Overview
Accor is a forward-thinking and innovative hospitality organization dedicated to delivering excellence to our clients, hotel partners, and team members. To achieve this mission, we are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned IT Security Infrastructure Director to join our cybersecurity division and spearhead our initiatives to uphold a secure and resilient IT framework.
Strategic Development:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT security infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
- Provide expert guidance in the design, implementation, and maintenance of security protocols for the IT infrastructure.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and nurture a team of IT security experts, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate security measures into diverse IT initiatives.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize security vulnerabilities, developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Establish and oversee a comprehensive incident response and recovery strategy.
Infrastructure Protection:
- Supervise the design, implementation, and upkeep of secure network architectures.
- Enforce and manage security protocols for servers, databases, and other essential IT resources (both on-premises and cloud-based).
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards pertaining to IT security.
- Work alongside internal and external auditors to conduct regular security evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a leadership capacity within IT security infrastructure.
- Profound understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS technologies is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of network security, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Proficient in assessing and implementing security technologies.
