Job Title: Video Manager F/H

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Manager to join our team at Vacasa LLC. As a Video Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vacation homes in Reunion, FL, and ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their properties are well-maintained and clean.
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics, including NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency.
  • Manage a budget for your portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analyses.
  • Lead and manage a high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Vacasa policies and procedures.
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns, responding to emails, calls, and tickets.
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to onboard new units to the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management.
Requirements:
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Professional communication skills, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior housekeeping experience a plus.
