Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Optician to join our team at ECOUTER VOIR - Optique Mutualiste. As an Optician, you will play a key role in developing the commercial and technical activity of our point of sale, ensuring the follow-up of client files, and providing after-sales service for our offered services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations:
    • Accommodate, orient, and counsel clients in choosing products, both from a technical and aesthetic perspective, in line with the 'new client relationship' approach.
    • Identify and take into account clients' needs to provide them with the most suitable solutions, following medical prescriptions and defined norms.
  • Technical Management:
    • Perform tests, center glasses, insert lenses into frames, shape, and adjust glasses to fit the face.
    • Perform all types of mountings, repairs, and adjustments according to established rules and norms.
    • Conduct eye exams according to current legislation and internal norms.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Guide and manage client files according to established procedures.
    • Ensure the management of returned products and their administrative handling.
  • Financial Management:
    • Establish and control all financial documents according to established procedures and in relation with internal and/or external services of the company.
    • Collect payments under the authority of the store manager.
    • Ensure the traceability of sales in relation to existing agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Perform standardized quotes: application of 100% health, respect of agreements.
Requirements

We are looking for a holder of a level III BTS Optician-Lunetier diploma, dynamic, with good interpersonal skills, and a client-centric approach. Additional information:
