As a Senior Rail Geotechnical Engineer, you will serve as a project manager for our team, focusing on project execution, winning repeat work, building client relationships, developing new clients, and managing key client accounts.

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
• Manage and develop key client accounts to ensure long-term success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Bachelor's Degree in civil/geotechnical engineering
• Proven track record of success in project management and client relationship development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
