About the Role

SYSTRA is a leading engineering and consultancy group specializing in public transport and sustainable mobility. As a Transport Planning Business Line Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic development and growth in the consultancy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a 5-year production strategic plan for consultancy services, in collaboration with the Business Lines and Production department.
  • Coordinate technical bids with Consultancy BUs and interface with internal clients to propose smart production splits between Engineering Centers.
  • Setup project multi-site organizations after award and follow up on project operations, including pipe follow-up for major bids.
  • Define and support the implementation of a digital strategy for consultancy services, in support of other functions.
  • Consolidate a workload plan with different entities and contribute to the launch of new societal projects in coordination with the Group sustainability team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Engineer in Civil Engineering, Urban Engineering, or Urban Systems.
  • 10+ years' experience working in Transportation Planning in international assignments.
  • Fluent in English, with Portuguese and French as a plus.
  • Capacity to work with multinational teams and possess agility, resilience, result-driven, and commercial abilities.
