Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Tax Specialist specializing in Commercial Taxes and Local Taxation, capable of providing innovative tax solutions and navigating the complexity of French taxation with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Lead advisory/study missions to secure and/or optimize local tax and IS (Property tax, CFE, CVAE, TSB, IS, TA...)
- Provide technical and practical advice on tax credits (R&D tax credit, Innovation tax credit, etc.)
- Implement operational solutions (negotiation with tax authorities, drafting tax rulings, provide clients with ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory changes)
- Assist public and private entities with their reporting obligations (Income tax, Additional taxes, Local taxes, etc.)
- Support entities in the public and private sector with profit activity analysis, tax reviews, determination of taxable income, etc.
- Assist with tax audits/litigation, due diligence
- You hold a Master's degree in Tax Law, an Audit Master's degree, and/or DSCG and have at least four years of experience in a law firm and/or company.
- You have excellent tax expertise and solid accounting knowledge.
- You are autonomous and rigorous.
