We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Commercial and Marketing Manager - Alternance. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial and marketing, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Commercial and Marketing Manager - Alternance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial and marketing strategy of our agency, in line with our company's objectives. You will also be responsible for prospecting new clients, developing a portfolio of partner companies, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the commercial and marketing strategy of the agency
  • Prospect new clients and develop a portfolio of partner companies
  • Ensure the satisfaction of existing clients
  • Participate in the creation of marketing and communication materials
  • Contribute to the animation of social networks and the management of the agency's online presence
  • Ensure a competitive watch to stay informed about the evolution of the temporary work market and the practices of competitors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
