Position Title: Senior Consultant in Marketing Procurement Services

In this role, you will engage directly with clients to enhance their marketing procurement strategies, particularly within the Île-de-France area. EPSA Procurement collaborates with a diverse range of clients across both private and public sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on optimization strategies tailored to their requirements and current market dynamics
- Conducting thorough expense analyses to uncover potential savings
- Performing competitive market assessments
- Overseeing the execution of procurement initiatives alongside internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Managing existing supplier relationships and sourcing for marketing services
- Formulating and executing strategies for marketing and communication needs, along with actionable plans
- Facilitating sourcing processes and managing consultations (RFI, RFP, etc.)
This position encompasses all facets of marketing procurement, including agency partnerships and various marketing services such as events, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to optimize other procurement segments based on your expertise.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in procurement, with at least 4 years of experience specifically in marketing services procurement, ideally within an international context.
Essential skills for this role include:
- In-depth knowledge of supplier markets and the capability to conduct market research and supplier evaluations
- Autonomous management of the tendering process
- Risk assessment for products and services
- Adherence to compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Purchasing Information Systems
Additional Information:
This role is based in Paris 8th and may involve travel to client locations within the Île-de-France region.
