About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Holland & Knight. As a key member of our Information Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and processes
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on data governance best practices
  • Assist in the development of reports and metrics to measure data governance effectiveness
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in data governance, project planning, and data analysis
  • High degree of critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technology proficiency, particularly in database administration and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Document Management Systems and Records Management Systems experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Information Governance principles and practices a plus
