Your Role: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging equipment. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines at client sites across France and occasionally internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for our range of packaging equipment.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to both internal staff and clients on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing valuable feedback on product performance and potential enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree in an industrial field is preferred, but relevant experience in a technical role within the manufacturing sector will be highly considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively throughout France and occasionally internationally are required.
