Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Supply Chain Finance team, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting suppliers to optimize our Supply Chain Finance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the onboarding team in their missions with suppliers
  • Participate in the collection of KYC documents in collaboration with cross-functional services
  • Perform follow-ups with suppliers
  • Explain and convince suppliers of the benefits of joining a Supply Chain Finance program
  • Ensure relationships with clients (large corporations) for the tracking of supplier onboarding: regular points, reporting, meetings, and any other contact or exchange contributing to a good relationship with the client around the theme of supplier onboarding

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (Bac +2 or Bac +3)
  • Commercial development and customer orientation
  • Patience, listening quality, and ability to explain financial concepts
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
  • Office software skills
