CND Quality Inspector

The CND Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of engine components through meticulous inspection processes.

• Execute quality assessments on engine components utilizing Radiographic techniques.
• Oversee production and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the operational readiness of inspection stations.
• Enhance and disseminate technical knowledge and expertise within the team.
• Support organizational performance metrics related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Time, and Innovation.

• Inspect production and MRO components using FrANDTB methodologies.
• Detect and document issues in real-time employing the QRQC approach.
• Verify the accuracy of production tools and communicate any discrepancies.
• Complete essential documentation to maintain traceability.
• Conduct initial preventive maintenance tasks.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report potential safety hazards to management.
• Adhere to FIFO scheduling and operational sequences.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Seeking a certified Operator/Technician in Radiography.
• FrANDTB certification at Level 1 or 2 is mandatory.
• Additional skills in Ultrasonics are advantageous.
• Educational background in Aeronautics, Metallurgy, or Non-Destructive Testing.
• Prior experience in Radiographic inspection within the aerospace sector is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required.
