Overview

The studio has crafted notable titles, including the Dishonored series and DEATHLOOP, which have garnered numerous prestigious awards worldwide, including multiple 'Game of the Year' honors.

Currently, Arkane Lyon is working on Marvel's Blade, an engaging third-person, single-player action-adventure game set in the vibrant city of Paris. This title is inspired by the comic book character Blade and promises an original narrative infused with the studio's hallmark immersive gameplay and exceptional storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop animations for gameplay and narrative sequences, utilizing both keyframing and motion capture techniques.
  • Engage in prototyping, in-game integration, testing, and refinement of animations.
  • Adhere to the visual style established by the art direction team.
  • Participate in motion capture sessions to enhance animation quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Maya with a strong grasp of animation principles such as timing, spacing, and posing.
  • Deep understanding of body mechanics and solid experience in keyframing.
  • Familiarity with game engines and knowledge of Motion Builder.
  • Experience in editing motion capture data.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
