Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and mentor a team of digital design engineers.
  • Define and implement the team's digital design strategy and methodology.
  • Oversee all aspects of the digital design process, from concept to implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to design standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A very strong and proven background in ASIC design engineering.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers in digital design.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end digital design process.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital design methodologies and tools (Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL coding).
  • Strong understanding of verification and test methodologies.
