Job Description
You will play a vital role in achieving our goals related to customer service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating your team around our objectives;
- Overseeing, organizing, and planning the checkout line and customer service area;
- Managing the quality of customer interactions;
- Handling financial transactions (cash orders, cash fund management, bank deposits, etc.);
- Streamlining the checkout process for customers and effectively addressing complaints;
- Monitoring performance and productivity targets for your department, along with implementing corrective actions as needed.
