Position Overview:
In line with our growth strategy, we are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our IT systems.
This position entails full accountability for IT operations within the studio, with oversight from our UK partners at Kepler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced IT Management:
Delivering technical support and managing IT operations to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Collaborating with Kepler's IT Managers for escalations and resolutions. - Office IT Leadership:
Championing IT requirements for the Paris office and supporting remote colleagues. - Training and Development:
Creating and delivering advanced training programs, including user sessions, phishing awareness, and security training. - Asset Management:
Overseeing the procurement, tracking, and disposal of IT assets, along with managing software licensing and audits.
IT Systems and Services:
Leading innovative IT projects, ensuring accountability for milestones and deliverables. Proficiency in administering the Microsoft 365 E5 suite and experience with endpoint security solutions.
Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and a solid understanding of helpdesk operations, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a competitive salary package reflective of your expertise and contributions.
