Your Role

We are seeking a Responsable d'Exploitation Route Manager to join our team in Châlons-en-Champagne. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment and integration of new colleagues
  • Anticipate and plan daily operations, including technical and human resources
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and procedures
  • Deploy internal procedures for transportation operations
  • Analyze productivity and quality ratios and implement corrective actions
  • Manage building and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in external and internal customer relations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Significant management experience in the transportation industryFormal education in transportation or logistics (BTS/BAC Pro or equivalent)Basic computer skills
