Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries related to standardization and regulatory matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating our online marketplace.
  • Identify potential clients and connect them with the sales department.
  • Deliver technical assistance to subscribers of our digital solutions.
  • Help clients maximize their engagement with our offerings (webinars, virtual meetings).
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical challenges, escalating intricate issues as necessary.
  • Qualify and respond to inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Document interactions in our CRM platform.
  • Engage in both custom and standard product evaluations.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B customer relationship management, particularly in hotline support.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English is essential for assisting international clients (650/700 TOEIC).
