Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Services Engineer to join our team at our La Ville aux Dames site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
  • Manage client relationships, from initial contact to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the rail industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
