EQUANS is searching for a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team at our Crolles location. In this position, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing diverse projects, ensuring they adhere to contractual requirements and safety regulations.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and overseeing internal and external teams engaged in project execution.
  • Developing and implementing efficient work schedules and workflows.
  • Actively participating in project meetings, fostering clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact between all parties involved in the projects.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of supplies and inventory levels.
  • Providing comprehensive progress reports to project managers and clients.
  • Monitoring the prefabrication process of pipelines, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A solid technical background in process gas piping within the microelectronics industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
