Rives & Eaux du Sud-Ouest (CACG) is seeking a Software Engineer/Developer to become a part of their team on a fixed-term contract. Within the Digital Transformation and Information Systems Department, your primary responsibility will be to create software solutions aligned with the organization's application development strategy.

• Design and implement new functionalities while establishing unit test frameworks for continuous integration (CI/CD Jenkins).
• Maintain thorough documentation and engage in communication with the IT Project Manager during project discussions.
• Oversee code maintenance, develop unit tests, and update operational documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and have at least 3 years of experience in software development. Required skills include proficiency in C# programming, familiarity with the .Net framework, experience with web-oriented architectures, SQL query capabilities, and expertise in Visual Studio IDE. Knowledge of Android mobile application development, as well as programming in Python and Php, is considered advantageous.
