Job Opportunity

BLACKSTORE, a dynamic and convivial retail company, is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team for a minimum period of 2 months (unpaid internship).

As a full-fledged team member, we will support you through the guidance of your mentor and our internal training programs to equip you with the skills to succeed in your on-the-job training.

Directly reporting to your store manager, and in close collaboration with the entire store team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the quality of your welcome, listening, and advice on our entire product range.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Welcoming, informing, advising, and satisfying customers
  • Determining customer needs and assisting them in their purchasing decisions
  • Converting sales
  • Highlighting products (presentation, placement)
  • Maintaining and restocking the sales floor
  • Thanking customers and projecting a positive image of the company

Your Qualities

We are looking for a personality passionate about fashion and sales.

A naturally enthusiastic person, you enjoy working in a team and your interpersonal skills are recognized.
