We are currently seeking a Transport Coordinator Assistant to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the arrival of deliveries and welcome drivers
• Notify relevant stakeholders about potential delays
• Assist in product identification and reintegration into our systems
• Address transportation challenges and liaise with logistics partners
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and transporters
• Document transport-related disputes and damages within storage facilities
• Manage correspondence via email and phone
• Organize and schedule appointments

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in logistics or transportation
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel is advantageous
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, and proactive
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
• Proficient in effectively managing disputes
• Hourly compensation: Compliant with legal standards, Vehicle necessary due to limited public transport access
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (with a 1-hour break)
