Industrialization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Alstom, a leading global player in the transportation industry. As an Industrialization Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of industrialization strategies for our products and services.

• Lead the industrialization validation of parts designed by our Interiors CoE team, ensuring seamless integration into our production processes.
• Consolidate and formalize industrial requirements and manufacturing site integration into our design processes.
• Develop and propose supply chain flow and logistics engineering solutions, including packaging design and parts protection.
• Analyze the impact of proposed technical solutions on manufacturability, logistics, and train integration.
• Participate in Product Design reviews as an Industrial representative and ensure the follow-up of documentation and process setup.
• Lead industrial process reviews and Internal FAI during integration in our Railway Systems.
• Develop and propose optimized work instructions for our manufacturing sites.
• Improve methods, standards, and checklists based on return of experience.

• Engineer with 5 years of experience in industrialization in the Railway industry, with good knowledge of joining technologies and assembly techniques, mechanical dimensioning methods, FMEA methodology, and work analysis.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 and DMA.
• Familiarity with Logistics instructions and SAP use.
• Able to specify technical requirements and communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
