SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences, a luxury lifestyle 5-star city hotel under the Accor group umbrella, is seeking a skilled Female Spa Therapist to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional spa treatment consultations and identifying potential contraindications.
  • Delivering high-quality beauty therapy treatments, massages, and body therapy treatments to guests and members.
  • Offering personalized after-care advice and promoting retail sales.
  • Maintaining treatment rooms and therapy areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensuring all equipment is serviced as part of a preventative maintenance program.
  • Conducting spa tours and consultations, providing guests with personalized advice and promoting facilities, treatments, and products.
  • Assisting during spa promotions and events.
  • Supporting marketing and public relations efforts.
  • Having complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
  • Upholding sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
  • Performing prep work, cleaning, and restocking treatment rooms as required.
  • Actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, and retail offerings.
  • Handling guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active license or certification in a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote a team environment.
