Production Planning Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Manager to join our team at Nissha Medical Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer requirements while optimizing resource utilization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain the master production schedule, taking into account capacity, material availability, and delivery dates.
* Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks, working with departments to develop solutions to increase capacity.
* Ensure the availability of materials by working closely with Purchasing and Warehouse Management, monitoring stock levels and initiating reorders when required.
* Proactively analyze and adjust planning and stocking parameters to maintain efficiency.
* Coordinate and communicate production plans and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor production performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, throughput, and capacity utilization, identifying potential for improvement and implementing measures to increase efficiency.

**Requirements**

* Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, production management, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in production planning, production control, or a similar field.
* Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), production control, and capacity planning.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience working with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
