**Become a Part of the Nike Team**

As a Sales Associate (Athlete), you'll be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize your customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to guide customers towards the right product and increase sales volumes.
- Build a connection between the customer and the brand by offering superior service and adapting brand anecdotes to the sales environment.
- Be familiar with the various departments of the store and be available to operate the cash registers during regular operations, perform tasks such as shipping and receiving merchandise, restock shelves, perform cleaning tasks, and create visual displays as needed.
- Act as a reference for products for customers and new sales associates. Seek opportunities for training to develop advanced or specialized knowledge of sales, products, and Nike culture, as well as sales and service techniques.
- Assist senior sales associates, managers, and directors in training new sales associates.
- Provide proactive customer service to prevent losses.
**Requirements:**
- One or more years of experience in customer service and/or retail sales desired.
- Interest in the Nike brand.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (or another language).
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide quality customer service.
